What CardMap costs, who pays the fees, and how money reaches your bank.
- What does CardMap cost?CardMap takes a small share of each ticket and table sale. There's no monthly fee, and nothing at all until you sell.
- Can buyers pay the fees instead of me?Yes. For tickets and for tables separately, you choose whether buyers cover the fees or you do.
- How do payouts work, and when do I get paid?Card sales go straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to your bank on your payout schedule.
- Gross sales, net sales and your payout: what each number meansGross sales is what you sold, net sales is that minus refunds, and your payout is what's left after fees.
- Setting up payouts with StripeConnect a Stripe account so card sales are paid to you. It takes about ten minutes, and free shows don't need it.
